From Sweaty to Stylish – by Brittney

It’s officially fall, and as the holidays begin to approach, so does the chilly weather. That means it’s time to bust out the jackets and sweaters.

During the week I like to run to group fitness classes in the midst of my busy school schedule. I’m not always able to pack a change of clothes, but it’s easy to throw on a cute functional piece to take your workout look from sweaty to stylish.

Here are a few of my favorite pieces to layer over that good ‘ol fitness tank:

1. Nike Element Half-Zip

One of my favorite Nike items. You can’t go wrong with their workout wear and I’m loving the muted yellow and silver color.

2. ASOS Cross Back Sweater

Anything with an intricate back is hot right now. Why not be fashionable with a cute sweater like this in a basic color? Add some black tights and bright tennis shoes to complete the look.

3. Forever 21 Ruched Athletic Jacket

Cute, sporty and at an awesome price. Forever never fails.

4. Victoria’s Secret Cut-out Shoulder Tee

Cut-outs are everywhere right now. This is a cute top to layer over a bright tank or sports bra and some yoga pants.

5. Billabong Ride On Jacket

For those of you in need of something a little warmer or a little edgier, pair this bomber jacket over your workout wear and a pair of high tops.
