Abdominal muscles are a challenging part of the body to work out successfully. Ordinary crunches are usually people’s go-to exercise when it comes to ab exercises; however they can easily cause neck and upper back pain if done incorrectly. Abs are also rarely given more than 15 minutes of attention during a typical gym session, which causes fat to build up in the hardest place to lose weight. That’s where the 30-minute Core class comes in handy!
Putting aside 30 minutes to get rock hard abs is the easiest thing you could do for your midsection. Core instructors have easy exercises that are effective at building muscle and burning excess fat on your stomach. From crunches to planks, the class never gets dull and by the end, you can bet that your abs will be sore.
The nicest thing about a Core class is that it is so easy to fit into a busy schedule. So if you’re ever feeling in the mood to crunch calories away, sign up for a Core class at your nearest gym and experience the wonder of laughing the next day and feeling sore in your stomach. Happy peerFitting!
