Very good workout to add to my Wednesdays, basically just a combo of different workouts for your abs, legs, and arms. I think with if I take it with the cardio class before it could be a GREAT Wednesday workout choice.

The instructor, Laura, was pretty laid-back but definitely gave us some moves that worked our core really well. I enjoyed her class a lot and am planning to go back.

A nice mix of core, cardio, and total body so you never get bored or too exhausted. This is the perfect kind of class to do either before or after you do cardio on your own.
