Did an Amazing Race workout today, how awesome is that!? Def the most fun workout I have ever done. Fitness, memory, fitness, trivia, and teamwork. Boris brings the best for his clients!

I went to my first Body by Boris workout this week and I really enjoyed it! I had never done circuits against the clock before last night. It was a nice change and the workout really challenged my strength. And then at the end of the workout there was a little competitive tug of war which was a lot of fun!

I did not know what to expect from my first class with Boris. However now that I am sitting in the airport in ATL headed to a swim meet I am reconsidering. Full body workout I highly suggest this class to anyone.

This was my first time going to Body by Boris and have no experience with weight training. Chris, the instructor, was extremely helpful and took the time to teach my the right technique. For a first time experience, I really enjoyed it. Good level of intensity for a beginner.

I have been to a few workouts at Boris, and today was the first all strength day. No cardio which was an interesting change. Def will feel it in my hamstrings and hands for the next few days. Also great structure to the workouts and group dynamic
